Friendly staff

Broken mosquito net, kitchen not properly cleaned, no smoke alarm and main entrance open to anyone from the street. Also quite loud.

The Apt waa cosy and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment had all we needed and I am pretty certain if you wanted something else the HS would do their best to help out. The location is one we like, closer to some of our favourite restaurants, and beaches not too far away on foot. Being in a town location means there is some noise from the street but we slept well all week. Any noise in the stairwell echos but again others in the block were considerate and we didn't notice late at night any disturbances. A perfect example of the hosts attention to detail and to give what you need.. ..... Unfortunately the washing machine stopped working when we first tried to use it. The HS host was quick to respond, it was not able to be fixed yet they managed to get a brand new machine in and working within 24 hours. I think that is excellent service.

Could do with just a couple more clothes hangers in the wardrobe. We didn't ask for anymore, and like I said above I am certain if we did HS would have supplied. A spare toilet roll would have been nice.

Location and cleanliness

Maybe the narrow corridor from the door to the bedroom, but that's a small flaw for what was the price
