Fantastische Lage, direkt mit Zugang von der Strandpromenade, dennoch sehr ruhig, toller Balkon mit Blick über die gesamte Bucht

Die Lage mit Blick zum Meer und direkter Zugang zur Promenade waren super. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr schön eingerichtet, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Das Badezimmer ist leider sehr klein. Es ist eher eine Nasszelle mit wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten und einem Waschtisch, der von der Größe eher in ein Gäste-WC passt.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement mit Balkon und Meerblick. Die Einrichtung ist hell und angenehm. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein bequemes Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite Mal dort. Auch der Kontakt mit den Vermieter ist absolut unkompliziert. Werden sicher wieder hinfahren.

Bathroom a little bit small. But clean and nice.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in Port de Soller gelegen. Die Fotos entsprechen zu 100% der Realität. Mats, unser Gastgeber, hat uns im Vorfeld alle Informationen zum Check in, sogar mit Fotos, zukommen lassen. Wir hatten selbst bei unserer Anreise im Dunkeln keine Probleme alles zu finden. Auch die Tips zum parken waren sehr hilfreich. Mats war immer für uns erreichbar und ein ganz toller Gastgeber !!! Die Wohnung liegt im 4.Stock mit Fahrstuhl und der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Die Austattung der Küche ist für Selbstversorger perfekt. Das Bett war super bequem und es gab auch eine richtige Bettdecke. Bei unserer Ankunft stand eine Schale mit Orangen und Clementinen sowie eine Flasche Wein, Wasser und Knabberzeug für uns da. Einige Gewürze, Spühlmittel und Reinigungsmittel waren auch vorhanden. Wir waren im November dort und konnten die Insel ohne Massentourismus genießen (z.B. die Kathedrale von Palma ohne anstehen) Die Bushaltestelle der Linien 203/204 befindet sich etwa 10 min. Fußweg entfernt und deckt einen Großteil der Highlights Mallorcas zu guten Preisen ab z.B : Fornalutx, Palma, Deià usw. Auch viele Startpunkte für Wanderungen lassen sich mit diesen Bussen gut erreichen. Zum Baden war es Mitte November leider zu windig und kühl. In der Wohnung gibt es eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und eine E Heizung im Wohnzimmer. Durch die typische "Leichtbauweise" in den südlichen Ländern kühlen die Räume aber ohne diese Heizungen recht schnell aus. Die Heizung im Wohnzimmer hat einen Nachtmodus programiert. Man kann die Temperatur aber manuell sehr gut regulieren ;-) und muß nicht frieren ! Der Fußboden ist jedoch kalt und ein paar mitgebrachte Hausschuhe sind im Winter nötig !

Eine kleine Heizung im Bad wäre im Winter toll !!! Eine Rolle Toilettenpapier ist zu wenig (in jedem Hotel sind es mindestens 2 Rollen ;-)

Fantastiskt boende med en fantastisk värd! Boendet låg helt perfekt i förhållande till strand och restauranger med en makalös utsikt över hamnen och solnedgången. Och Mats var en hjälpsam och klockren värd! Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta boende och vi kommer definitivt tillbaka!

Mats, the host, contacted me before the holiday and it was easy to stay in touch with him. He sent a handy map from the bus stop to the property and was there to meet us. The apartment is lovely with stunning views over the bay. The photos are exactly as you find it. There was beer and Cava in the fridge, a bowl of oranges and lemons, local oil, crisps, nuts - a lovely welcome. The apartment is ideally located - in the middle of everything but peaceful with a lovely beach for swimming right opposite.

Loved it all

Great location, comfortable bed, nicely furnished. The apartment is a lovely home base while visiting the island of Mallorca. The main sitting area is spacious and well-appointed. It was great waking up each morning and looking out over the sea and the stretch along the coastal town of Port de Soller. The bus stop is 10 minutes away and there are tons of options for food, drink and touristy shopping next door, including a bike rental shop. Mats was very helpful in coordinating our check-in and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend Marsella as the perfect accommodation for a self-catering apartment.

It was very cold in the evenings, even with the heating unit on in the bedroom. The electric heater in the living room automatically turned off around 9pm. In the warmer months, the apartment must be amazing, and the chill from colder & rainy days wouldn't be an issue, but in March with the cooler & rainy days, we were felt cold at the end of the day. As an added note for a wish list, but by far not a deal-breaker, it would have been nice if extra toilet paper were left and some basic extra kitchen staples, like olive oil, (there was salt, pepper & a few other items in the cupboard), were stocked rather than having to buy these items for a one week stay.

The apartment is beautiful,very well equipped with a stunning view of the bay. The host was very helpful and generous in leaving the heaters on for our late night arrival and with the goodies that greeted us, greatly appreciated!
