VIP Suite Seaview Resort Batu Ferringhi 1202 - 3 Rooms

the condition of the room is very comfortable and clean, can see the view of the sea and the equipment of the room is quite complete.. really like it.

The location is a strategy and sea view is very nice 3 room+2 bathroom just nice and fit 5 of the family members.

Suggested the house owner to install a water filter, convenient for hot and cold water 2nd.suggestion to change to the new towels 3rd suggestion to put napkins & toilets tissue 4th suggestion to change the house key as having difficulties to pull out the key after opening the door. 5th poor connection for television channel.

The location is not far from the beach. Appt has a nice view of the sea.

There were black ants in the kitchen, dining area and even in the bathroom. A insecticide can was provided but it was almost empty. Water was puddling badly on the floor from the masterbedroom aircond. Luckily it happened during the day. Could have a bad fall if accidentally walked on it at nite. It was only fixed after 1 visit by the housekeeping guy and 2 visits by the proper aircond technicians. Free toileteries were advertised but there was no shampoo available. Had to buy one.

Mattresses were comfortable

Kitchen had ants, Washrooms were smelly, Sofa & bedsheets were dusty and had stains, TV had no subscription service, No Drinking water, Parking is paid capped to RM10, And its not close to the actual beach, rather had only boats loading area close to this property.
