"Very bad attitude, dirty, not responsive"

Customer service no responsibility at all, no electricity still ask us go upstairs waiting their technicians come, there is so dark and very scary, they still ask us wait upstairs! Also, the carpark needs RM10 per night, it is very weird. The unit no clean, very dirty at toilet, got ant inside the unit. I complained to them, they even told me it is very budget unit, they only earn RM100? Is this a customer service attitude? Is that RM150, we need to receive and live inside a dirty unit??! It is very irresponsible and very rude ! When no electricity, I call them, also not answered the call at all. Luckily, the another stay staff help us to check the electric! Otherwise, it will not have electric to live there ! Very not recommended you guys book here and stay here! It is very bad experience to us especially the customer service attitude.....
