"Warning. The property shown is not what you will get. It’s a different apartment."

Nothing at all.

The property shown in the images is not the property you will receive. The room is filthy, and the bedding smells of sweat and was not cleaned. Upon raising this with the property manager, we were told to leave. And we had a party of 5 including two young children. And was then forced to book elsewhere. Yet to receive our refund. The staff are rude and will tell you well what do you expect it’s not a 5* hotel. (Well we clearly know that) and then after requesting proof of refund, they then threatened to call the police on us. If you know what’s good for you, you will avoid at all costs. This is most certainly NOT VIP. It’s a joke.
