整间家里的清洁卫生都不好，非常多种类蚂蚁🐜，甚至蚂蚁爬到床上面，客厅也没有提供冷气，其中一间房间有风扇，可是找不到来启动打开

"The worst homestay I have seen"

The actual unit different from the photos. One of the rooms leads directly to the outside, and the toilet is dirty and old. It looks very different from what was shown in the pictures. We have now spent 5 hours from KL to get here. We have no way to accept this suite. According to the photos provided by your platform, it is very different from the current one, which is deceiving consumers. We have communicated with the landlord. He asked me to ask you for a refund. Please return the money to the original route. Thank you.
