When arriving by train, the apartment is approx. 100m from the station building. We came by car, we were able to park next to the house in the territory closed by the gate. Upon arrival we informed the owner and he quickly came to greet us and show us around. The apartment is located a 10-minute walk from the old town and there is no need to drive. Pleasant reception and comfortable apartment.

Flat in a great location, very close to the historic centre and both beaches, located in a block of flats on the high ground floor. Next to the building a designated parking space in a closed car park. The flat has a small balcony (not the large terrace seen in some photos) with table, chairs, laundry dryer. Both rooms (bedroom and living room with sleeping option and kitchenette) comfortably equipped. Comfortable beds (except for the sofa bed in the living room). Unquestionable advantages include: 1) location; 2) furnishings (e.g. washing machine, full kitchen equipment including coffee machine but no dishwasher), air conditioning, smart TV, etc.; 3) private parking; 4) excellent contact with the very hospitable host, Antonio.

Small balcony, uncomfortable bed in the living room, kitchen furniture needs renovation. Overall, a very good apartment.

The location is very practical when you arrive by train, as it is just a couple of minutes walk from the railway station - not to mention when you leave early in the morning and don't have to depend on a taxi or a bus. It takes just a few minutes to walk to the old town. The view from the big terrace is great. The host is very nice and lives in the building. It was good to have kitchen facilities. You sleep on a sofa bed (actually there are two, but I only tried one), but it is comfortable.

The kitchen is just a kitchenette with extremely little counter space, so for people who want to cook a lot, this might not be the ideal place to stay.

The location was great, the terrace was really big, the apartment had everything we needed and the owner was super helpful and attentive to us!

The host is very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure meeting him.

The shower is a bit small, so if you are on the larger side, it will be a challenge. Not a problem for us, just a heads up. From us, it's a 10 location

Cosy apartment with everything needed. We love that it was just next to the train station and yet it was so quiet. Out the main entrance, turn left to the train to Cinque Terre and Camogli, turn right to the beach and the old town. Private parking just below the apartment, very secure. Perfect!
