This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Seaview Holiday Home, by Sanguine in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

"WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER"

The worst hotel experience of my life so far. Please never ever choose this hotel for God sake ! Booked this hotel payed full money and last minute the person in charge cancel claiming that rooms are full and ask me to cancel booking assuring me a full refund until now never give back money.. I don't know why booking.com still have this kind of hotels in system

"DO NOT STAY HWRE. This place is a scam."

The location of the apartment was good.

- The house smelled like musk and smoke. - The towels were damp and overly sprayed with febreeze, so as the - there was a hole in the 2nd bathroom - the water heater didn't work. - the sheets were smelly and spared with febreeze not washed. - the Check in process was very delayed, the property manager is very bad communicator. - has not returned my deposit a week later. - the UNIT DOES NOT LOOK like what I booked. - Furniture was tired and cheap - ROOM door cannot close.

1. I didnt received my security deposit back , already 3months and didnt receive my rm200 . 2. I book this room but they change the room . I didnt get the same room . 3. The host didnt reply my chat at all when i asked about the deposit .
