This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Seaview Holiday Home, by Sanguine in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

"Worst stay ever"

They never answer calls. changed my stay because host messed up my room ( the keys for my room not available) last minute after making me wait more than 1 hour to check in. Then told me to go to another building, go through entire procedure again, then check in into a shitty room dirtiest i have been so far, even cheap hotels rm 50 hotels not that condition. Check out time in official page is 12 pm, but created own rules checkout at 11 and deducted my security deposit. Seriously should be banned from booking.com if you dont choose to have irresponsible host in your page.

The swimming pool is quite large and comfortable, also the cleaner always clean up the pool and around it...

I dont like the facilities , a lot of damage The person in charge also not responsive Hold my deposit too long , almost 12 hours to get my deposit, Any reported issue was ignored Ver very poor management... If u guys planning to stay in this appartment...u guys can try another landlord Fast respon before u check in, but after u check out, too worst , need to call many time to ask yur deposit So i just give only 1/10 for this kind of properties

please read the review before u booking this place. what an awful experience. its like the host trying to scam you with the deposit money. my bad that i didnt read the review before. and a lot of customer facing the same issue. but booking.com didnt do anything. so please save all the trouble
