This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Seaview Holiday Home, by Sanguine in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

i dont like the agent is scammer .. they take my deposit and not fully refund as it itake 2 days while they tell me to give my bank info and within a day will refund .

sanguine company is scammer .. please beware .. they took advantage of deposit money ..

"super bad experience"

First, the location given was wrong, then ask me to collect key at other plaze, and then only go to another building. 2nd, the bed like duno how many ten years ago using until now, sound ee eheh, even u move very slow motion, and the mattress, not the flat mattress, its like mountain, and whole nite i also cant sleep. 3rd, the bedsheet cover. the color already turn grey, please change another new 1 la. haizzzz. bad experience. no more 2nd time. thank you.

I dont like at all

First. I get room not same with the picture on booking.com Totally out. Second. Take deposit 200. Its ok. Then when refund. Late. Deduct 120 ringgit. They say bcause of late. Wtf. I check out 12pm.

Nothing. Because he gave me another apartment. Not the same as i booked!

The customer service was very bad. I booked another apartment then when at the time to check in he asked me to change since my number of pax is bigger. Okay then push me to pay extra charges and deposit. When i checked-in into the apartment around 8 pm, the bedroom and living room was so messed up, the toilet was not flush, the rubbish was still there. The fly on the dining table and the cockroach on the floor! It was terrible! The toilet is so smelly! Then when it comes to returning my deposit, it took so long! Check-out time on 11 am and after i called the customer service so many times, at 7.30pm he responded and gave me back my deposit.
