"A great property, at a great price in a great location."

Really handy location. Near a car park that was £8 for 24 hours. Loads of choices of places to go for a meal out/coffee and cake. Beautifully kept inside with well equipped kitchen. Nice shower room and all very clean. Friendly hosts who couldn’t do more for us!

"best place to stay in Leamington Spa"

Warm and cosy in the heart of Leamington Spa, with great facilities and really well laid out. Such a lovely place. I've stayed in a few other spots in Leamington, but this is by far the best.

Very comfortable, clean, warm and cosy. Everything we needed for a great stay. Mark was very friendly and accommodating making sure our stay suited our needs. Home from home. Highly recommend and hopefully we will return. Thank you :)

"Adequate for a very short stay"

Great location easy walk to the centre of Leamington Spa. Close to many restaurants and quiet. Hosts were very helpful and easy to contact.

Access steps were treacherous in the rain. Shower room was far too small, especially the basin. Whole apartment whilst well equipped was very tight. We were only there overnight but a longer stay would have been a stretch given the very limited size of the place. Also the bathroom supplies were a little stingy.
