It was all lovely. A perfect location for mooching in the town and for supporting the Leamington Spa half marathon.

The ceiling in the bathroom was a bit of an odd shape and I managed to hit my head!

"property is nice but bathroom spoilt the stay"

location and overall cleanliness were good and the host contacted us before the visit to check we had everything we needed and give us a contact number.

the bathroom room was way to small especially the wash basin, it is virtually impossible to wash your face and brush your teeth.

"Great price and location, would stay here again"

Central location, hosts were great with communication before the stay. Everything was clean and had everything that was needed for a weekend stay

The stairs to the property were quite steep. Bed was a bit soft for my liking,but that is just personal preference.
