The Cottage at No. 3

The cottage was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with the kitchen being well equipped. The hosts kindly left some bread, milk, etc, and a Christmas gift.

Really Cold and was a lot of flys inside I tried to get out not sure where they wer coming from

Lovely, clean, well equipped cottage. Anna left bread, butter, milk, cereal and delicious homemade jam. Also tea,coffee and hot chocolate. We were even gifted a jar of jam to take home! Anna is a really lovely host. Great communication.

Unfortunately we were already on our way when we received a message advising slippers. Definitely would have been a good idea as the tiled floors were very cold.

I loved that there was fresh frozen food in the freezer if you so wished to have any, also the water pressure was fantastic. Heaters and fans are available if you so wished to use them, it's very well lit up, quiet as only a hundred meters from the main road. Plenty of space for 2 people but potentially no more than that. Plenty of amenities.

Slightly less private than what many would probably prefer as the owners are next door, however, they never disturb you and upon arrival are extremely friendly. However, not much or at all can be done about that obviously. Absolutely lovely location as I personally used to live in the area.

I got a lovely complimentary loaf of bread, milk, butter and jam left for me plus all the essentials were in the cupboard like tea and coffee making breakfast easy. I loved the easy access using the key safe. All the windows had blinds so I could relax all cosy watching TV as well as cook myself some tea whilst travelling with work.

I wish I'd taken fluffy socks for the tiled floor otherwise it was great.

Everything it was such a beautiful place. Wish we could have stayed longer. Directions on how to find were excellent.

The Cottage was lovely and clean. The surroundings were lovely.

Probably the cleanest property I have stayed in, spacious, well furnished with a good eye for design.
