"We had a fabulous 4 days on Bute, and found our accommodation to be perfect for our needs"

The apartment is waterfront in Port Bannatyne. Serene aspect from the apartment . Magdalena was a very attentive host and an early request was quickly sorted.

My only suggestions are not criticisms…… an oven proof casserole dish would be useful. Also as airing rack …. We had some damp days and it would have been good to have a rack to dry off our spray jackets and socks

Outstanding views over the sea and mountains from all windows. The apartment was clean, quiet and well equipped for a weekend stay. It was a short walk to local pubs.

Great location with wonderful views. Quiet town/village but has good bistro, lively community pub & a post office that does great breakfasts & has a small food shop.

"Quiet well equipped apartment"

Convenient location in a quiet area but with easy access to the whole island. Apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable.

There are a lot of steps up to the apartment being on the third floor though it was well worth the exercise!

It had stunning views and was lovely to wake up to. It was modern and up to date, and felt very homely. Had great amenities. Had a fab time and will definitely be back!

"Ok but could have been so much better."

View. Bed was comfortable.

Such an unwelcoming entry-cold dark corridor, mail on floor, rubbish bins, ladders, cleaning equipment. No sensor light to enable our key access to the apartment. Shower instructions would have been useful. The water needed to be turned on with a switch located OUTSIDE of the bathroom. Heating came on at 7am. So with early starts the large space was warming up as we left. It cut out at 18.5 and we were cold in the evenings. We were unable to adjust heating ourselves. Owner did adjust temperature on request. Previous owners contact details were provided to us by booking.com
