Spectacular views and spacious apartment

Stains in the toilet No shampoo/shower gel. No drinking water provided. Not the hosts fault but be aware that the nearest Supermarket is 20 minute walk down and up 150 steps

Fantastic apartment with Port views , clean with everything you need for a vacation . Balcony area very comfortable with great scenery . Private car park and secure gated area, lots of steps from the road to the apartment but worth it . Communications with Hartmut excellent , thank you .

The property was just as described and the owner was very attentive and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all of the supplies you could want. The bathrooms were small but adequate. The view was incredible. The private parking was very convenient.

Lots of stairs to get down to the beach and restaurants.

The apartment was perfect for our holiday with our two children, with a beautiful view, lots of space, a well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The location is great too - a short walk to the beach and a good choice of restaurants. As others have said there are lots of steps back up to the apartment, but all worth it for the truly amazing view from the balcony. The host was super friendly and helpful, met us when we arrived and was available to answer any questions we had. Overall we had a brilliant stay and would thoroughly recommend it!

Very clean and comfortable, the apartment has everything you need. Hartmut was an excellent host ! The most spectacular view! Many steps down to the beach so you must be fit, it was no problem for us. We had a wonderful week here, the beach is perfect and we love Port de Soller!

Wow, what a fantastic apartment. Very well furnished with all the facilities you could need. The host, Hartmut, met us at the property and gave us a guided tour. Very friendly and communitive guy. The views from the balcony, were, quite simply, stunning. Yes, there were a lot of steps up to this apartment block but you get used to them. We would definitely come back here again.

Location above the port is excellent. Views from balcony incredible. Apartment was clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Hartmut met us and went out of his way to check we were set up. Pool was lovely and we always got sunbeds/chairs. Really good value for money.

As other reviews, you have to be fit enough to get up and down the steps! See it as a twice daily workout!

The steps!! It’s a pretty steep climb. Plus uncertainty as to where taxis would pick you up!

There are 178 steps from the street up to the apartment and there is no lift. Don’t even think about renting if you are not fully fit and well.
