West Island by Horizon Holidays

The place is very safe and quiet, the river view and the sea is breath taking. The rooms are comfortable, clean, the furniture is excellent and all kitchen amenities you imagine are available(oven, microwave, plates, cups, spoons, forks, pots, pans, toaster, different types of spatulas,kettle, coffee mashine, washing machine, dishwasher, drying rack, Iron...ect). It was a great stay.

We didn't have a pool attached to our apartment, but there were other pool outside available. We didn't like that the bathroom had no bidet and the shower open in the room (no privacy if you are 2 friends or siblings)

Wonderful view of the river from a well layed out apartment that was fully equipped. Staff were very welcoming and provided good advice about places to see and restaurants in the area. Access to shared pool area with beautiful view.

A large spacious,1st floor apartment overlooking beautiful palm tree gardens and the river below. We really enjoyed the large covered patio, that gave us the freedom to enjoy our meals outside even while it rained. Ingrid was a delight in staying in touch, checking in and out.

The location was good

There was construction and piling being done, which ruined what was going to be a peaceful stay. In response to our complaints, the agents offered us a 10% discount and adviserd that construction started earlier than expected. I was insulted that they believed a minor discount would rectify the absolute displeasure and noise we had to endure through our stay.
