West Island by Horizon Holidays

We were met by the housekeeper and the host had msged all information. Was very smooth check in . They had wet towels, juices and some snacks ready .very thoughtful

The rooms need to be cleaned better . I really Felt many areas were not covered at all, dust, stains .

A delightful 2+1 apartment in a gated community near La Belise. The shared pool is a fantastic bonus, and the spacious balcony offers stunning views of the marine surroundings. Perfect for a relaxing getaway

Bathroom shower and tub needs wee bit repairs.

Beautiful and Quiet location. Very good base to explore the area but a hire car is advisable.

The pool area is in need of major refurbishment which I understand is due to start sometime in 2024

Thought out 10 days in the resort only 1 water bottle was slotted. Dishwasher was there but there was no cleaning product was kept

Lovely location, close to all shops and the beach. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Apartment has everything you would need for your stay. Corner unit so fairly quiet and private balcony with lots of palms. Very good communication during the reservation process and very friendly team.

Some minor confusion finding the apartment and take note that location is actually La Balise and not West Coast Marina, important if booking a taxi on booking.com in addition to your stay. Unfortunately the main entertainment area - main pool and lounging areas - were unavailable for use as the restaurant was under renovations. A bit of a disappointment as we were hoping to spend a day relaxing by the pool. There is a second pool but it is more of a lap pool next to the road.
