Guest Suite at The Red House basement attached with private entrance

The warm welcome feeling, how kind he was, small snacks and drinks provided along with few things in the fridge.

This is my second stay at the Red House. I was the same as before - amazing comfort, great ambiance, extremely cozy, and with very professional and capable hosts. What I especially like is how well set up it is for parents and children. The kids room is enormous, with a good bunk bed and space for all the games, etc. The adult room, meanwhile, is large and peaceful, with a comfortable king bed. The kitchen is well equipped, and the common area is well appointed. All this space costs you a little space in the bathroom, but that seems better anyway - I don't go on vacation to hang out there. As before, the hosts also have a generous snack package that the kids love and make it really easy to get out the door to ski for the day. The hosts do not cut corners, and it shows in all kinds of little ways.

The owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The guest suite was comfortable and clean. It had a great set up for our needs.

The only drawback was the noise from upstairs. It is a basement and so should have been expected, but you should hear the people and dog walking above us as well as the tv.

Great place but disappointed with polyester sheets and tv noise from upstairs quite late in the night ..

The location was amazing on a secluded lot. The host met us and gave us a complete rundown of everything we might need during our stay. It was always quiet and night and early in the morning which were the only times we needed it to be since we were out and about during the day. Very responsive to our needs. The furnishings were optimal, very warm, and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Maybe a bigger pasta pot, more spoons, and paring knives. Also perhaps a few more hand towels and wash clothes in the bathroom. Just small items.

The Guest Suite at The Red House was an absolutely fantastic place to stay. The 126 year old home was thoughtfully appointed with so many amenities, including board games, a book and DVD library, coffee, bread, cereal and milk,and snacks. The beds were very comfortable. The host, Tino, was super friendly and welcoming. He kindly accommodated our extremely late arrival and left lights on for us. The location in a suburb of SLC was convenient to the airport, to downtown, to the interstate taking us wherever we wanted to go. We really couldn't have chosen a better place to stay for our time in SLC.

There really wasn't anything not to like. It was a really welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

Host was great. Snacks/beverages a nice touch. Great value.

We enjoyed how clean and how convenient the place is. Historically Beautiful and they have so many subscriptions for the TV that is a nice addition.
