Location & Price were excellent as was communication and access.

The property is located next to a night club, while you couldn’t hear the noise from the venue , the constant throng from the patrons was an issue throughout the night. There was also an issue with the drains resulting in a bad smell emanating from the bathroom

We like to stay in one place for a couple weeks, and this was the perfect location. It got noisy sometimes because we were across the street from the square and entrance to old town, but usually on the weekend, and not enough to really bother us. It was fun to look over at the square, and the beach was around the corner. Perfect.

We had a great stay at this apartment and the location was absolutely perfect. It was so central, making it super easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The apartment itself was cosy and well-equipped.

Limited number of towels available. Also, the windows weren’t soundproof so if you’re a light sleeper the street noise might be a bit too much!

The location, the cleanliness, the whole checkin process was super smooth.

The place is quite noisy on a Friday night. So the earplugs are not just decoration if you stay over the weekend or imagine in high season it can be quite challenging for bad sleepers. I am not, so I was ok.

Location was excellent. Around the corner from beach; grocery store 10 minute walk; bus station 15 minute walk; old town minutes away. Plenty of restaurants and parks nearby. Outstanding amenities- everything you could possibly need in an apartment. Clean, spacious. Room darkening curtains. Washing machine with operating instructions and soap!!! Iron and ironing board. Plenty of storage for suitcases and clothing.

Noise level on Friday and Saturday nights made it difficult to sleep. (But earplugs were supplied, which was helpful) Kitchen could use a spatula:)

Clean and well fitted ~super location near old town and the beach good places to eat very near by - convenience comes at a price of the noise

Lots of noise at night- night club a few dorrs down which you cant hear - only the patrons on leaving and the sound of the people generally in the street.

The location is superb, literally opposite the old town area, a bit noisy at night but earplugs were provided if required. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, access to all services was excellent. Buses and other transport is outside the door, but San Sebastian is a walking town, such a special place and beautiful harbour.

A few more towels would have been useful e.g. beach towels and the floors were very squeaky, but typical of and older but very solid building.

Initial entry to the property done through an app I had to install on the phone. Make sure you read the directions from the host. Location is excellent. Just a quick walk to the center of town. Multitude of tapas bars and restaurants less than five minutes on foot. Across the street from a parking garage.

There was some smell of sewage gas coming from the plumbing in the bathroom. We had to leave the bathroom door closed to keep from it spreading through the apartment.

Incredible location. Perfect apartment, clean and modern.
