Location is perfect. The appartment was clean and a early check-in was possible. Communication was fast.

There was no power for a whole day which wasn't the fault of the owners. But it would have been a nice gesture to compensate in any way as it was certainly not our fault. We didn't have hot water, light, internet fot a whole day. Plus a fridge full of stuff we could throw away.

Very proche to all the touristique spots of san sebastian with very clean and à great ambiance especially for families with kids. The owner is very friendly and can be approached any time. We were even allowed for an un-informed early check-in. Everything is well organised. I would look for no other accomodation during my next visits to san sebastian.

Only tiny minus goes to the noise coming from the street.

Great location, comfortable, spacious, well equipped for our stay. Check-in efficient. Underground parking pops just opposite once you work out exactly how - just keep straight down into the Boulevard parking & park close to Exit barrier.

Quite noisy at night if people passing - poor sound proofing.
