Fantastic 3 Bed Brighton House- Sleeps 6- SUPERFAST WiFi and Garage

Mirrors need to be close to the plug sockets in the bedrooms to enable guests to be able to blow dry.

Location is fantastic. Host is responsive. Cleaned really well.

Great location, had everything you could possibly need and Harvey was very communicative and helpful. I would recommend this house to stay to anyone wanting a nice weekend/trip to Brighton.

Layout - the top floor is great because we had a big space to be together as a group! Room sizes are great and comfortable. The host is excellent - we had everything that we needed and the house was in great condition, just as pictured. It’s on a quiet road.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. It’s on a quiet road so this wasn’t too much of an issue but we did find any outdoor noise quite loud at night - people talking/pigeons.

Great location

Shabby around the edges - worn sofas, grubby carpet, peeling paint. Had just been cleaned, as floors wet but didn’t smell clean. Strong food smell on upper floor and from fridge that no amount of airing or self cleaning could get rid off. Put us off eating there and felt unclean. Courtyard view is mentioned, the view from dining room and kitchen windows is gross, pigeons , poo, and the remains of a dead bird hanging from netting. Flies coming in from there. Also we measured car after looking at measurements of garage on line so we knew it would fit. But there was a washing machine in there, not shown on plan. So far wouldn’t fit and we had to pay for and walk from car park instead.

It was cold and the noise from outside

Fantastic location, right in North Laine/central Brighton but quiet, secure garage to park car and gorgeous house with tasteful decor. Well equipped kitchen and thoughtful items left for us, such as coffee, tea, hot chocolate and milk. Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean.

Nothing, it was fab

The Location of the property which was ideal for exploring the city. The property was very clean and there were ample towels and hot water.

The front bedroom was very noisy and needs better glazing. The property on the whole was well equipped although we could not find a vegetable peeler or measuring jug anywhere in the kitchen. As we stayed for Christmas, it would also have been a nice touch to see a Christmas tree & some decorations in the lounge.
