Fantastic 3 Bed Brighton House- Sleeps 6- SUPERFAST WiFi and Garage

This property is a lovely find, right in the centre of Brighton and perfect for a small group. The open plan kitchen, dining lounge area is ideal for small dinner party/celebration and there’s a fabulous little pub 1 min walk at the end of the road. The bedrooms and beds were perfect for a few nights stay. If you have a small car the use of a garage also helps keep costs down although reasonable parking can be found around. Lovely host, simple instructions to get in and out and plenty of towels supplied.

The only small downside which was likely due to the time of year we visited, was the temperature in the downstairs bedroom.

The location for central brighton was amazing and although central, the house was quiet and slept well. The facilities were amazing and even a garage in the centre. Rooms were spacious and lounge/kitchen/dining room were great for hanging out and relaxing. Communication from owner was amazing and such a gentleman. 100% Amazing

From the quality and variety of available facilities, the central location, great communication with the host, a hugely appreciated pint of milk with tea and coffee making facilities available for weary travellers on arrival, the garage, I could go on... This accommodation was incredible and we're already looking forward to rebooking the same place when we return to Brighton in the future. Thank you so much for a lovely experience.

The location was ideal -being centre of Brighton with The Lanes a few streets away and Beach nearby. Although central it was not noisy, as on a back street that comes out onto road directly with no pavement (in case you have little children). The place was functional as warm dry place to stay overnight. The wifi worked perfectly. We did not use the kitchen or the place much as we were outdoors most of the day and ate out, so cannot comment off cooking utensils and kitchen facilities other that microwave and kettle! To note there is only one bathroom, and toilet is not separate; and the garage is good for small car (size of old golf) only. The kitchen / living room is at the top and bedrooms on 2 other levels and you need to be fit enough to go up and down.

For the number of people it would be useful to have separate toilet, with current set up you have be intimate with others or only have quick showers!

3 good sized double beds and excellent housing to rent

The lower bedroom needs a cover on the skylight as it lets so much light in.

Location perfect. Garage an absolute bonus. Very clean. Great communication with the owner
