Victoria Court Modern 1 Bed Apartment Los Cristianos Tenerife

We have stayed in other apartments on the same complex before and like the proximity to town and the beach. Communication received from the hosts was excellent and we were happy to receive fresh towels and bedding part way through our stay at the apartment. The property was quiet and we therefore slept well

The apartment is in desperate need of some TLC. External shutter door completely seized and looked as if it had never been shut for a long time and various areas that need looking at. On the patio was a clothes airer and I managed to find a grand total of six pegs in an outdoor storage cupboard which contained some very poor quality, worn out items which we didn;t use! The patio area is overlooked by nearby apartments and we therefore kept the french door curtains closed for most of the time we were there. The kitchen is dreadfully equipped and left a lot to desire. Thankfully we ate out most of the time and had breakfast with our friends in their nearby apartment. If we had wished to cater ourselves, it would have been extremely difficult. There wasn't even a heat proof pyrex jug or bowl, no washing up liquid nor a plug to retain water in the sink if we had pots to wash. We were left one complimentary bottle of water in the fridge - not as much as a tea bag which considering the cost of the stay was quite a shock. When we arrived the mismatch towels were very poor and a couple really need replacing. When they were replaced the set were excellent so it didn;t make a lot of sense. The location of the apartment within the complex is probably one of the worst with little outlook in either direction.

The apartment is adequate if you feel it is good value compared to other similar options.

There are quite a lot of steps to navigate to reach the pool area from the apartment and to come & go from the complex. We found this tiresome with a children’s pushchair.

Appartment is so spacious and cozy, with amenities like you are at home. All positive impressions!

Apartment was overlooked by a block of six other apartments although description on website says street facing this is not the case. Bedding and towels were a bit dated.
