We did not like the outlook from the patio. We were very overlooked and it was very noisy.

Fairly modern apartment. Has washing machine so you don’t need to take too many clothes. Has a nice peaceful balcony which gets the sun during the day. Good security. Powerful enough shower. Location is great. Lovely swimming pool at the complex, €2 a day per sun lounger. I believe this money goes to the upkeep of the complex which is great. The Cruise Inn bar has nice food and the staff are lovely. There is also a quiz on a Tuesday and Thursday. Complex in general has a nice friendly feel to it. Seems to be a lot of return customers.

There is no air conditioning which I didn’t realise before we booked and this is something I personally need to feel comfortable. Not too bad in January as it’s not crazy hot but still would have been good. The beds were not comfortable at all and every time you moved in your sleep the noise from the bed woke you up. I think these need replaced. In the pictures for the apartment it shows sun loungers on the balcony. There aren’t any although you can always use the pool. Also a couple of simple things are missing, bin in the bathroom and a draining board in the kitchen for drying the dishes. Nothing major just becomes annoying when you are there for two weeks. The internet router was broken and it took the company coming out to physically see it before they believed me. Kept being told there was an issue with the community wifi which there wasn’t. This then got fixed on day 2 or 3 and was no longer an issue.

The towels were grey and threadbare and some had holes in them. The pillows were yellow!!

The apartment is lovely well decorated and clean. The location is ideal to explore Los Cristianos. The contact, owners of property were excellent very helpful.

We needed a fan as it was hot. There weren't any sun loungers though the picture on website shows them. However we probably wouldn't have used them.

We have stayed numerous times at Victoria court. So are aware of the location and proximity to local restaurants etc . Things we liked 1) Pool area , €2 charge per sunbed so no people rushing to get them. 2)Had one meal at the Cruise Inn which we enjoyed 3) Plenty of facilities in the apartment, washing machine , hairdryer, iron and ironing board , kettle & toaster. 4) Easy access to keys .

The location of this apartment is up and down a few steps so if you have mobility issues it would not be suitable . No air con
