Marina living with parking, balcony, quiet and secure

Tastefully decorated, clean, and spacious. Tea and coffee are available in the apartment. The area of Brighton Marina is nice, with restaurants, gas station and ASDA close by.

The en-suite shower room is kind of small. Water pressure is low and not enough for two people to take showers at the same time. The shower tap is not functioning properly.

Excellent organized flat,managed by someone with clear head and common sense,no fuss no unnecessary complications.Had comprehensive handover from manager,easy to follow instructions,safe parking,safe access to property,safe area overall.Flat clean ,quiet and civilized building.Manager kept in touch and luckily for us we took notice of her advice on places to eat,had delicious meal at PERSIA, Iranian restaurant in HOVE.Highly recommend both,flat and Persia restaurant.

Only downside was that flat is on second floor,quite a challenge for someone with mobility issues and that wasn't mentioned on property description.Although we must say two flights orlf stairs quite easy to negotiate

Location excellent and quiet but only a couple of minutes walk away to amenities. Thorough details given to us in advance so found parking easily which was very close to apartment building. Very spacious and to have an extra bathroom was ideal.
