Marina living with parking, balcony, quiet and secure

Had a lovely time, it was nice that we could sit out on the balcony for breakfast and in the evening. Having 2 bathrooms was an advantage. Would definitely stop there again.

Would have helped having a conventional oven and a DVD player. It would also have benefited from a fan to be used when it was hot.

Location, surrounding area, clean, reasonably priced for location

The apartment is in a great location near amenities at the marina and buses into town centre

The apartment was booked from Friday until 10am on the Monday. We received a message on the Friday to say sink in kitchen is blocked unable to use, plumber has been and put some stuff down it. These things happen and we made it work for us. There was no tickets for the barrier so had to pay to leave on the first night until i sorted extra tickets myself the following day leaving a stash for future guests. We then have another message to say carpet people are coming Monday morning, didn't think much of it until the carpet men show up to tell us we had to leave at 8am as it needed to be empty for them to complete the works (they was under the impression the flat was empty!) It was a rush to pack up and leave and frustrating our train wasn't until 11. This ruined our weekend away and what is more disappointing is the owners believe this is acceptable as a brief message was sent once we had arrived.
