Modern 4 bedroom flat near Brighton Station

Enough room for our group, well equipped for what we wanted, nice location

Low ceiling in attic bathroom! But to be expected in an attic!

The location was excellent for want we needed. very close to the station and a short walk to the Lanes and the Theatre. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

It is just a little bit tired decoration wise and things like missing bin lid etc, really nothing to complain about. Absolutely what was advertised!

Distance from the station and town. Cafe and bars only short walk away. Well equipped and great communication from host. We found some great cocktail bars in the laines.

Location was great for us (10 min walk to town) but our friends found the walk a little challenging. Taxi very reasonable though. Top floor bathroom is a bath only, would benefit with a shower.

4 good sized bedrooms

Needed more mirrors in bedrooms / dressing tables

We all loved the stay and booking again for other friends in February

Location, value for money beds so comfortable , a great place to stay with friends

Nicely decorated . Nice kitchen area and good bathrooms .

Under the beds area V unclean ! Small sitting area for a 4 double bed property .

Bed were comfortable

Wi-Fi didn’t work, some dirty spots, smaller than expected. When we have used other places, some milk, and a few condiments were provided
