Modern 4 bedroom flat near Brighton Station

Very clean , good bedroom sizes , beds were very comfortable. Communication was great & access to the accommodation was easy .

Some furniture looked a little tired & stains on the sofa . Also the shower could be better . Could do with a hand rail on the stairs .

The propery is clean, well maintained and has a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels were provided. The bedrooms are self-contained as another guest mentioned, and the sofa bed is also a viable option. The host was professional and accommodating..

The property was a little further away from the entrance to the train station than I initially imagined and is quite an uphill walk from the beachfront. But we did that walk multiple times a day so it's definitely doable. The second shower is quite cramped.

great to have 4 separate bedrooms. Kitchen well equipped

The bathroom smelt damp on arrival but this cleared when we used it.

Great location, really nice flat, as described, no complaints at all. Our group of 8 friends (3 couples and 2 singles) had a brilliant time in Brighton over New Year’s.
