The Flat was beautiful, it's clearly well looked after and loved. There were 4 individual double beds all comfy with fresh clean sheets, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen with nice, snug communal space. It's a great location, but we'd recommend taking the lower road if you have your luggage with you. It was a 5 mins walk to the bus into town or a 20 mins walk to the North Lanes. The staff were amazing, the light went out in the bathroom and someone was over to fix it within an hour of reporting. So helpful and quick to respond. Thank you and your team for such a lovely stay.

Not necessarily a "didn't like", but just to be aware, there are quite a few steps at the property, with rooms spread out over three floor. However the main bathroom and communal spaces are on the same level as one of the bedrooms. Not a problem for us (apologies, it also may have said in the discrimination and I just missed it!).

"Would stay again"

Great value for a 4 bedroom property, lots of pubs/bars/restaurants in walking distance - Preston park is also very close. 20ish minute walk to get down into the centre of Brighton.

Some of the furniture and fittings could do with a refresh, but as I said it was great value regardless and the property was super clean.

"Very disappointing and cramps"

Property not like it was advertised small lounge, uncomfortable sofa, door locks missing. Plug sockets not working. Far tool small for10 people. Shower unusable due to cold or scolding hot water. Bath was tiny and under a sloping roof so couldn’t stand up straight to get out.

"Empfehlenswert für ein langes Wochenende"

Ausstattung. Sauberkeit. Gute Lage. Nur wenige Gehminuten zu guter Gastro und Geschäften. Strandpromenade zu Fuß in knapp 20 Min. zu erreichen. Parkhaus am Bahnhof in knapp 8 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar.

Haus liegt an einer belebten Straße mit uneingeschränktem Halteverbot (doppelte gelbe Linie). Also halten, ein- oder ausladen und schnell zum Parkhaus. Kaum Parkplätze im unmittelbaren Umfeld. Obwohl wegen der Schlafcouch im kombinierten Wohn-,Ess- Küchenraum 10 Schlafplätze vorhanden sind ist eine Belegung mit 6 Personen am sinnvollsten, da der Esstisch nur Platz für 6 bietet.
