The staff were wonderful.

There needs to be a curtain or blinds in the bathroom. The shower has a massive window with no way to cover it. The window shows down a passage way, and you can see into the other flats from the window, so it's a very uncomfortable experience. I would also suggest a divider between rooms 6 and 7 in the smoking area, I saw way too much of another guest while eating dinner at the table.

When we arrived the accommodation staff was not prepared for our arrival and they were so slow with the preparation that we had to for a while for them to get done. The television doesn't work, the place was crawling with ants and spiders. The kitchenware was very disgusting and not useful. The bathroom windows cant close properly and cracks in the wall. You must ask for the Wifi password and the staff was not welcoming at all. They didn't walk us through the place at all

Place is in a good area and the staff are helpful when you need something.

When I booked this place I booked a 2 bedroom, instead I got an open plan, that is very poor advertising
