There was no breakfast available and the location was good

On my arrival I was booked in room 7 it was raining non stop when I got to the room it was leaking the rain was running done from the roof straight on one of the beds in front of the door was dirty with cigarette buds lying everywhere in front of the door I'm not a smoker so the smell of those buds was bad kitchen utensils for me was not use able to worsen the situation there was no water to shower me I was really lived I'm sure that they should have known about the situation in that room because I couldn't shower that evening coming from a long road and couldn't shower the next morning I demand another room for I had an appointment the next day which made me even more angry because what I paid for the basic wasn't available for me and to make the matter worse I spoke to a lady called Delmary that didn't made it easier she's rude didn't attend to my matter as I would expected her to so I could be a satisfying customer instead of solving the issue she choose to ask questions of information that the quest house already had but a nice lady called Lee Ann was much better to deal with thanks Lee Ann and stuff but I'll definitely not use this quest house again I paid for a night and didn't had the value for my money I expect a refund

The property is disgusting, to the point where we didn’t even stay the night. The property then lied about the entire situation to Booking.com when I tried getting a refund.

The place smells like rats, sheets are old and thin. Very low quality, bad hygiene.

Location and affordability

Infestation of ants in the kitchen, all our food got full of ants, they moved to the bathroom and bedroom, even in the bed! Ceiling fan made noise and couldn't go on high level. We had to ask for a portable fan during to heat. Three forks and one knife! Two small glasses to drink from Cutlery and crockery needs to be jacked up. Not enough. Shower next to the toilet is a disaster. Everything got wet. No shower curtain or wall.

People staying there on long term and short-term are drinking beer and was very loud. There was constant hooting in front of the gate late at night. My room's plugs tripped and the workers staying at the property could not help me cause they say it was too late and my room's db board is located in another room where guests was sleeping. I must go ask the people in the room next to me for power. That is not my job to go from room to room and ask for power. I send a message to Delmarie as well, up on till now I have got no reply.
