People foreigners next door made noise whole night was tired next day Few Cockroach in room . TV no channels

The location is perfect and the lady at reception was very nice.

I think it's unfair for people who went for work to Gqeberha to be told what time they must be at the place of accommodation. Special early as 20:00 and more of that you find out that you're told to pay penalty fees for arriving after 20:00. After that all and get the place full of dust I had to clean before I sleep. The TV doesn't have remote. There's no really privacy you find out that there are two doors that are going to the other rooms. One is locked and one is covered with hard board. The owner or the manager of the place when I was informing her that I will arrive late. she only a told me then about late coming fees. She never mentioned it before, I even. There are no rules that must hidden on the app. So that I could know before I even take the place.

Staff was cold not welcoming, they couldn't help us with anything. There we no iron and ironing boards when we asked for one they refused. Rooms were dirty not cleaned. No proper equipment for self catering accommodation and we had zero assistance. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone.

The thing of having to pay to use the iron was my first time experiencing it and I did not like it.The stuff members charge different prices which raises suspicion.On my first night I asked for an iron the lady told me they rent it I paid R20 then I kept it for a day… on our third day I asked for a iron since the lady took it back the new stuff members that were on duty that day told me the iron is for renting and u don’t iron you’re own clothes they iron it for u she charged me R20 per T-shirt bare in mind we had to iron 2 T-shirt I paid R40 again. I was truly not happy with the iron issue but beside anything our stay was Ohk warm water, the Fan helped it was not that bad.
