Los Balcones Puerto Morelos

It's in a gated community under development. The host was very accommodating of my request and got a desk so I could work.

When it rained, the water came in through the window frame on the outside wall, and under the door. If I had had anything on the floor that first night, it would have been a big issue, thankfully I woke up in the storm and moving my stuff away. The sink leaked in the bathroom, and there was no shower head or water kettle when I first moved in, but the host got the shower fixed the second day. She was not available when I checked out, to tell about the other issues. The room was on the corner of the building by the entrance, with see-through curtains on the windows so at night you could see right into the room from outside. The doors to the patio on one side, and the inner courtyard on the other were made of glass, with panelling in the middle, so it didn't feel private at all.
