Clean and quiet place to stay

This place is small and cosy, it has its own bathroom and kitchen which is a bonus. Very cheap considering a local hotel was significantly more expensive. Lovely attentive host. Tv can be moved so you can watch in bed which was a nice bonus!

The neighbours were quite noisy until about 1am, but after that was all quiet.

It was a very comfortable studio flat with small kitchen and bathroom that provided more than adequately for our needs. We were using the accommodation as a base for attending a weekend event and therefore were not there a great deal, apart from breakfast, evening meal and sleeping. For an unexpected reason, we did spend Saturday afternoon there and it was very good.

Property is self catering with lots of amenities very close by. Comfortable, very clean & great location to Leamington Spa town, Jephson gardens & road links. Good value for money.

noise at night as it was so hot I had to keep the windows open cars going past with very loud popping exhausts and groups of people shouting loudly in the early hours of the morning.

The flat was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for easy access to the station and to main shopping areas of Leamington Spa. We only had to use the car to visit relatives in the area or to the Supermarket. There were plenty of buses passing the location as well.
