"a nice little find only a 4 minute train ride to Warwick fro"

was perfectly comfortable and had everything we needed. location to the train station was perfect. car park directly outside quiet and relaxing facilities, iron cleaning equipment kettle and toaster hairdryer was excellent sofa to relax bed was very comfortable with an ‘Eve’ topper for luxury the host was very amenable Amazon and Netflix on the tv instructions on the table

the stairwell is a little run down and is no reflection of the location and property no coffee (only two pods and couldn’t get the machine to work) probably my fault bathroom leading on to the balcony (that led to all the apartments) had no blind that I could see but a glazed window

Very central and under 10 minutes walk to the railway station. Fully equipped kitchen if you want to eat in and clean modern bathroom. Comfortable bed and relaxing sofa.

Entrance to the apartment is a little off putting when you arrive, but once inside, it's lovely.

"It served its purpose."

Location fine. Convenient for groceries etc. and the middle of Leamington Spa.

Normal Television (Freeview or similar). Plumbing needs to improve.
