Seaside Sundae Suite

Location, Kitchen was well equipped.

It was freezing when we arrived, had to sit in coats for an hour. One bedroom radiator didn't work so had a portable one but had to keep moving that around as it was cold everywhere. Boiler went off twice but the host was responsive and came and lit quickly. Bathroom - No heating in bathroom and no floor mat so floor got wet and slippery. So was hard to dry the towels a well. Jack & Jill Bathroom between bedrooms. Only 3 thin bath towels and we had booked for 4 people. 2nd bedroom didn't have a door and to access the lounge/kitchen you either had to go through the bathroom and Master bedroom or to the outside hallway/stairs. Kitchen - No - Tea, Coffee, sugar, Milk, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, tea towel and had to defrost freezer.

The location is great, walking distance from the front and many restaurants and pubs but is very quiet around the apartment. The apartment is lovely, was warm and comfortable. The apartment is quirky and modern. The 2 door bathroom situation is absolutely fine. What the other reviews don't say is that there is another door out to the hallway if you absolutely needed to leave the room whilst someone else is in the bathroom and come back through the front door so it's not an issue at all. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and everything you'd need for your stay and is very spacious. The bathroom is modern and showers are lovely.

Location was great. Apartment tastefully decorated in beach themed. Bed comfortable. Good appliances. Great shower Handy to beach and shopping only 10 mins away.

Found the lounge area Abit cold but it was autumn/ winter. However heaters supplied and house had 3 TVs so easy to keep warm in bed and watch tv at night. Never met the host as it was self check in.

Lovely decor, modern and bright, good shower with lovely shower gel and shampoo supplied. Clean accommodation. Easy access into town and Blackpool.

Felt a little damp, was some damage to the ceiling in the main bedroom from a leak or damp. No lamps in the bedrooms for a nightlight. Bins outside hadn’t been emptied for some time. Also a sofa randomly appeared down the side of the property one night! Do realise it was the end of the season so maybe work was starting on tidying up.
