Tengerparti elhelyezkedés. Parkolás nagyon jól megoldott. Gyönyörű kilátás. Banánültetvény a szomszédban. Tágas lakás, jól felszerelt. Az út mellett fekszik, de éjjel jól lehet aludni .

Fürdőszobában csatornaszag, de ez nem a lakás hibája.

Magnifique emplacement face à la mer. L.appartement est conforme aux photos, il n’y manque rien et était très propre. L.insonorisation est parfaite, nous n’avons jamais été dérangé. Il y a deux, trois restaurants à proximité mais aucun magasin dans Magdalena, il faut aller à Calheta.

Bliskość oceanu i dużo światła w mieszkaniu. Przepiękne zachody słońca. W apartamencie niczego nie brakowało. Można by było w nim zamieszkać na dłużej. Właścicielka bardzo pomocna, zaangażowana. Widać, że mieszkanie niedawno remontowane - na wymianę czekają jedynie okna.

Tuż za oknem jest zakręt drogi, za którym kierowcy przyspieszają pod górkę przejeżdżając po klapach studzienki, co jest mocno słyszalne o każdej porze dnia i nocy. Jednak wiem, że problem niebawem zniknie ponieważ mają być zamontowane bardziej szczelne okna.
