The property was very clean and well equipped nicely decorated … very comfortable stay

The internet signal was intermittent which was annoying I was in Brighton on business so challenging to do work in the evenings

Beautiful property, right on the seafront and close to all of glorious Brighton attractions. The host was more than helpful and friendly. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again in the future.

Good location and a nice apartment. Clean and an affordable price, nicely stocked utensils, crockery, toiletries. Outside seating area was nice too.

The mattress was not comfy, and one sofa was very comfortable. Taps were very awkward to use. One of the pillow cases seemed mouldy. The garden was difficult to access, in the future, make this known on your advertisement please.

Everything from the decor to the location was absolutely stunning.

I would be being very ‘nitpicky’ but the bed was a little bit creaky…. Think that was more my big frame than the bed tho!!!

"Lovely place with a few niggles!"

It is a spacious and clean apartment. Parking is not too difficult as long as there is space on Marina parade. Addition of sofa bed made up was also really good as my friend and I both had separate beds. Easy communication with host and easy to check in and find the key.

Steps down to the basement property are narrow and slightly spiral which for people with mobility issues, would be a problem and not easy to get cases up and down.. Taps were old and dripped, lamp on bedside table didn't work and some areas looked like they could do with some tlc. Signs of damp in toilet and toilet door stuck to floor when opened. However it was a lovely spacious place, just with a few little issues.
