Seafront Apartment with Garden

An excellent basement apartment for a Brighton trip with the added bonus of outside spaces. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and clean with everything we needed for our trip. The communication from the owner is prompt and our check in and check out was without incident. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future, the weather turned while we were staying and we appreciated the space so much compared to being stuck in a hotel room.

Apartment is amazing, provides more things you even need and spacious. Brilliant host, communicates everything in time and reassures that we are fine.pet friendly place and close to beach and town centre.property has garden as well. We will definitely come back here when want to stay in Brighton.

Bed was a little bit small but that is okay for two nights. Still the did not affect the amazing experience and time spent there.

Location. I would buy the apartment.

Nice little flat right by the sea front

This is good for a couple but not for two friends, as the sofa bed is not comfortable enough to sleep on.

Great location to hospital - where I worked. Close to the beach.

Honestly the property smelt heavily of damp. I’m on the train writing this review and I actually stink of damp/mould. It’s a basement flat so I was expecting no view but wow it’s quite overwhelming how damp it is. Paint is peeling off a lot of places on the walls.

Cosy and quirky good location. Had all the facilities you need for a home from home break

Could do with some minor tlc- it’s an old building, but didn’t bother us
