Seafront Apartment with Garden

Fantastic apartment it was like home from home, it was equipped with everything you could want and need. Location was excellent just away enough from the city centre to get a peaceful night's sleep but close enough without having to travel. Host was very helpful with his communications and everything went smoothly regarding self check in. My only regret was that we only had one night to appreciate it. Next time we would stay for longer. Highly recommended.

If I was to be extremely picky and I this is just a very minor detail. The hot and cold water taps were the wrong way round on the kitchen sink and after pouring myself a glass of what I thought was cold orange juice I burnt my lips on the hot water. But as I say a very minor criticism. Would definitely not prevent me from staying here again.

Location was great but noisy. Could benefit from double glazing. Very spacious flat. Good layout

The Location is great, 2 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to the marina. The price was acceptable. For this reason i would probably stay here again The Sofas were nice and comfortable to relax in after a long day Nice big tv Books and games are a lovely touch to keep people entertained. I didnt use them but it was very charming Very private to lock yourself away from the outside world (except for the noise from the people upstairs) Little extras such as what you find in the draws. Hairspray, hot water bottle, Hair dryer, lots of blankets, tissues etc. Things like this are really nice to see.

Lack of Communication from host. we asked for a later check out a week before we arrived and the host said he would ask the cleaner but heard nothing until day of arrival after i had to ask again to get an answer The bed was horrible. Felt like it would fall apart under 2 peoples weight. The matress was the worst part though. Extremely uncomfortable and i can only liken it to sleeping on a slab of stone. Took a long time to get to sleep on it even when exhausted. The matress needs replacing asap The bedroom curtains also need replacing as they are too thin and i think badly coloured. They let so much light in when closed. At night, the room was not that dark due to outside light seeping in and as we went in summer, the light from the sun pours in at around 5/6am which woke us every morning Clenliness was a huge issue sadly. On the first night i went to make a cup of tea and went to use to the Milk Powder provided only to find 3 dead bugs in it. I put it back and didnt have it and just waited until the next morning to buy some milk. This was seriously disgusting Some cutlery was not cleaned well. 2 knives had obviously been used & not cleaned properly as there was stuff still on them. Same with 1 teaspoon. Im used to immaculate cleaning from hosts and having stayed at a few other places which does not charge a cleaning fee on booking where the hosts do it themselves & this was like night and day. Its shocking the host hires a cleaner & charges a fee because the standards are way below other places i've stayed that do not charge a cleaning fee People upstairs are very noisy. This isnt the hosts fault but be warned they are extremely noisy and irritating. It sounds like they're wrestling non stop. Its tolerable during the day but early morning before 8am is annoying and late at night past 11pm hearing them stomp around like elephants isnt nice Some rot/mold in the single toilet.

The apartment is so spacious, it's a lovely space to be in. Great size for spending evenings together if a few are staying.

The mattress on the bed in the bed room has died either side from just wear, which I think would be fine if you're sharing buy as a single laying in the middle was uncomfortable and hard to sleep as you role either way. Second bed was the same buy we put the mattress on the floor of the living room and that made it alittle better. But beds clean and lovely bedding and really looked after

Great location for our trip, plenty of room for a family of four to get ready for a wedding!

It was quite cold in the bedroom due to draughty windows! The sofa bed was ok for kids but had to move the mattress onto the floor as it sagged with two teens on it.

The apartment is beautiful! We had a lovely stay, it was very homely with plenty of space, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

It took a while walking into Brighton centre from the apartment, but the walk was worth it. We had a lovely time and would definitely return!
