Brighton Laines Apartments - Central Laines Location

Great location, a 3-minute walk from the train station and within walking distance of the city center and the embankment. Self-service access with a code. Cozy, well-decorated, comfortable bed, fridge, and microwave. Very friendly hosts!

The apartment was smaller than we expected, there was no fully equipped kitchen, and the only sink was in the bathroom.

Great room for two people. Nice little private garden too. Facilities were great, kitchen with fridge microwave, tea and coffee provided. Short walk from railway station. Would definitely stay again.

The location in Brighton city centre was very handy

It is quite a small flat and it is hard to understand it from the available pictures. Anyway, great price to be in the centre of Brighton, and if you spend all day outside to visit, it is a good size apartment. The host is very nice and gave us many advices about what to do and where to eat in Brighton

La localisation, le petit extérieur, la propreté du lieux. La très bonne communication, la possibilité avec supplément de faire un enregistrement plus tôt et plus tard au départ. Nous reviendrons !

It was near the station

The property was advertised as 40sqm which is very large for a property in Brighton BUT it was actually 14sqm!! Cramped! The wet room was so small that you had to sit sideways on the loo to avoid the radiator. Worse still, the whole place was filthy (see photos) which when you are paying over £200 a night you really wouldn’t expect. But the dust had clearly been there for ages - you could write your name in it. The bed was tiny and the bedside tables were upside down so the metal brackets were right next to your head - perfect to knock yourself out with during the night. The skirting boards had paint peeling off of them and were mouldy. The microwave still had food in it! It lists the property as soundproofed but given we could hear the upstairs neighbours plodding about that clearly wasn’t true either. The numerous signs fixed about the place giving you instructions such as not to use the garden after 9.30 were rather unnerving. Avoid at all costs unless you are looking for a terrible but expensive experience!
