Great sized apartment if you're a rabbit! Seriously didn't like anything about this place due to its size. I would imagine prison cells to be bigger. The owner has taken full advantage of the entire property by sectioning it off into very very small basic so called apartments.

Everything! I have stayed in hotel rooms bigger than this entire "apartment" clever use of the word laines apartments, making us believe it was within the "lanes" area of Brighton.....it's not!! I had to walk sideways to get around the "apartment" open the bathroom door and it hits the toilet! For and extra £35 we could have stayed at the Grand and wish we had. Would have slept better, with almost as much room in the car

Great location close to the station. Nicely decorated and in good condition. Everything you needed. Great comms from the property.

Very small - would struggle there as a couple. Other flats noisy and literally no sound proofing at all. Shower running from upstairs sounded like it was in your room. Unfortunately there was a very noisy young family upstairs in flat 2 banging about , laughing and squealing from 11.30pm and again at 1.30am. It was so loud in the apartment. Did not having a good sleep and stayed on business so not ideal.

Great location, just next to railway station but on a quiet road

Very cramped; you could barely walk round the bed and the wet room was tiny. Poor noise insulation - the flat above woke us up at 6:30 am - you could hear everything through the floor - and multiple doors slamming. Strange interaction with hosts - the phone number doesn't work and various different door codes were sent through till we could finally get in. The check in time was 5pm - ridiculously late - and they sent us a dodgy link to click on to pay for an earlier check-in. And check out is 10am, so a very short stay. I'm not sure this host is 100% genuine, I would be very cautious.

The bed was extremely comfortable, we’d stay again just for that! The location was also ideal, super easy to get anywhere. Overall the shower was fairly powerful too. It felt safe and secure and was clean and tidy.

The sofa being a sofa bed made it not the most comfortable and the tv was way up high in comparison so it wasn’t really suitable for watching! There was also mold on the shower head. The bathroom door handle also felt like it was falling off. We also didn’t read the description properly and missed the fact that it was a kitchenette- really just a microwave and mini fridge, but it was doable enough.

Good location, bedroom was decent enough.

Uncomfortable and cramped. Trouble getting in. Told that I had been sent a new code which I hadn't. Noise from the street - not at all sound proof.
