Host was friendly and helpful!

The room was advertised with the ability to stream online, such as Netflix. Both tvs were super old and had no ability to do so. The heat pump was also not working at all. Once I talked with the host about it (and after trying to fix it for me), they changed me promptly to a new room which had both a smart TV (like was advertised) and a warm heat pump. I was well looked after and the host made sure to follow through with what was advertised. Well done!

There seemed to be a leak from the fridge that wet the carpet and door stopper.

Great location for walking around the Mount, Pilot Bay, Mount surf beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated with a comfortable king size bed. The unit balcony gets morning sun. It was great to have a designated parking space under the building as parking in the area is very difficult any time of day or night.

The only 2 saucepans provided were inadequate… one tiny one (big enough to boil some eggs in) and one giant one (don’t know what you would use that one for!) and the 2 frying pans were old and needed replacing. No fish slice either. Otherwise kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery. It would also have been nice to have had more than 2 bath towels for guests who stay a week or longer.

The decor was stunning, inviting and very warm.
