"Pleasant"

A great location, easy to walk to restaurants, mountain and beach. Good heating, comfortable bed.

Apartment is a little dated with beachy themed ornaments on every surface. Bathroom needs updating. Not a lot of natural light in the apartment and it requires lights on during the day.
