Theonis Villas Naxos 30 meters from the beach

Theonis Villa is an mazing place. If you want to visit the eastern part of the island, this is where you should stay. It has an amazing garden, comfy little apartments, a private entrance to the beach, all the services a family may need and a fantastic host Ask Theonis to turn off the lights at night to have one of the most amazing views of the stars you ever had

Our stay at Theoni’s Villas was absolute paradise. The villa is right on the beach, with free access to sunbeds, toys and a canoe. The sea is perfect for young children, they were able to play in the sea without worry as it is very shallow until quite far out. Theoni was available at all times to help us and gave us good local recommendations. She advised us to go for a nighttime swim and to see the morning sunrise. Both of these experiences were truly unforgettable. We cannot state enough how much we enjoyed our stay, it was by far the most relaxing aspect of our island hopping trip and we would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you Theoni 😊

Fantastic place. A real little paradise on Earth. Beautiful view of the garden and beach, private entrance to the beach Psili Ammos. The facility has a large number of beach beds to take with. The very nice owner can prepare delicious meals. Everything was fresh and tasty. You can really feel the taste of Greece with excellent wine. We had a fantastic vacation and will definitely come back here.

The first thing Theoni said to us was "welcome to paradise". This was absolutely the case. There are no words for the beauty of this place, we wouldn't change a thing. Theoni is the perfect host. We are already planning our return. Thank you Theoni for making our honeymoon unforgettable.

It is located in the paradise. The beach next to the house is simply the best of the island. It is nature breathtaking, and quiet. You will remain almost by your own at the beach. And always with all comfort, as you can grab your own hammock and take it with you to the beach. There are also available gadgets to bring with you if you have kids, rackets, sand toys, etc… easy life!!! Theonis, the host, is so nice, opened to help us and care of us in every moment. We would repeat!

The kitchen was a bit small, but you forget easy about that when are hosted in the paradise.

Theoni was a wonderful host. She gave a warm welcome, provided information and was on site to answer any queries. The top floor, one bedroom apartment was spacious, well equipped with two balconies and wonderful views of the coast and the sea. The sandy beach is at the bottom of the garden, with comfortable access to the sea. Whilst the small port, not far away, has good restaurants Theoni also provided very good value and delicious Greek meals.

Amazing location, next to pristine and quiet beach, with beautiful view. And sunbeds amd chairs for you to comfortably enjoy all that! Theoni, the host, was very nice and helped us enjoy our stay even more!

Room is basic, but that was fine since we spend most time outside. And another downside, if you want to see the amazing sunset, you have to get up early ;)

Our host was welcoming and warm, attentive to all of our needs. We bought a delicious breakfast and meal from her. The apartments are private, well furnished and comfortable. The place is so quiet and peaceful, away from the touristy towns and right on a lovely secluded beach with little corners protected from the high winds that prevailed when we were in Naxos. It is an ideal place to rest and enjoy the sea, 12 minute drive from Moutsouna. Highly recommend!
