Really nice place for holiday . The private beach just in front of your house. If you wanna enjoy your self this is a nice place to stay. But you need a car to drive also there’s not much restaurant near by. But the host and everything is nice.

ideal for nature and peaceful vacation, superb location on a beautiful Sandy and clean beach. super friendly owners, Theoni and her family are the epitomy of “Greek hospitality”. Every detail was thoughtful, the welcome cheese and sweet with the homemade “rakomelo”, a cute box with breakfast including all kinds of goodies, clean room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with amenities you don’ t always find in these kind of properties.Clean and properly ironed linen. Good recommendations to eat nearby, great fish tavern in Moutsouna, and superb restaurant Alos.

Though an hour away via a winding road, far from the busy and crowded side of the famous beaches of the island, you discover Theoni’ s Paradise, ideal for people who appreciate the only sound of the sea…in a genuine Mediterranean landscape over an awesome sea view.

Peaceful remote location next to a great beach that never got really crowded and was completely empty until around 10 o'clock. Host and her niece were very helpful and attentive. Laundry service came very handy. Outdoor showers, beach chairs and a lot of kid's toys were great. The night sky with lights off was a treat!

Remote location and beach

Naxos is well known for being one of the most peaceful and picturesque greek islands, but nothing prepared us for how fantastic the stay at Theonis villas would be. Nestled on the east side of Naxos, Thoenis villas is around a 10 minute drive to the closest village, where there is a small grocery store, doughnut place and great beachfront coffee shop. Theonis' property is idilic, with beautiful olive groves (the sound of cicadas was fantastic), fruit trees and the property literally has gate access to a beach. And believe me the beach is a million times better than the photos! It's a perfect example of how much nicer a natural beach is to those pumped with sand by resort hotels. Crystal clear water, kelp and pristine yellow sand - bonus being we had the beach to ourselves! Theonis brought us a lovely breakfast each morning, fresh greek yoghurt and a lovely tasting sample of different pralines were our highlights. If you decide to visit Theonis villas, you must wake up for sunrise as this was spectacular.

Pretty much everything was great! The location right by the sea and with the sea-view. The breakfast was so nice it was almost shame to eat it.. almost :-) The apartment had everything we needed, we didn’t miss a thing. The major upside of this place is the owner-she was so welcoming and the information we were given was just right so we could still explore the island. Also any feedback given or request was not a problem.

Off the beaten path. Perfect for a quiet relaxing time. has private beach. Small port a 10 min ride away with stores and restaurants. kind of a long drive from ferry port.
