Goxoki - Basque Stay

Es un piso espacioso con una ubicación muy práctica. Fui con mis padres y dormí en el sofá cama. Repetiríamos.

L’elevador per pujar les escales de la porteria va amb clau i no la teníem i per les persones amb mobilitat reduida, maletes i cotxets no és pràctic.

El apartamento es céntrico pero a la vez tranquilo y la cama muy cómoda. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada.

El olor a humedad en el piso. El salón no llegamos a utilizarlo, ya que el olor en esa zona es casi insoportable.

Location and size

Staff or cleaner came into the property while we were asleep. They left their keys behind.

El apartamento es amplio y está relativamente cerca de los puntos de interés.

Muy mal gestionado por la empresa Basque Stay. No te ayudan ni se preocupan de nada. Además te hacen ir a recoger las llaves a 20 minutos andando del apartamento (cuando llegas con las maletas). Esto último solo te lo avisan el día antes de la reserva.

Location was fantastic. Close to the city center but at enough distance.

The host did not reply to any of my messages asking about flexibility upon check-in. Not one human contact. Did not appreciate it. There was a nagging smell in the apartment- smelled like old.

Very bad sound insulation. We didn’t sleep a night proper. Even with windows closed you hear everything that’s happening in the street. All the talking on the street of in the bars nearby. Windows are poor quality or not properly installed. The pickup of the keys 10minutes away should be very clear at the moment.

Did not like have to go to get keys from the office at a different location. It was very inconvenient and not identified when we rented, otherwise we would looks for something more convenient.
