NOT A THING

EVERYTHING. The entire experience was a nightmare! NOTHING was as it was outlined. The keys were NOT available for the second apartment as per the instructions in her email. The owner did NOT answer the text nor phone call when the second set were not were they were advised they would be. Only by chance a neighbor had access to the owners phone that she decided to answer and to another key to let us in. The apartment keys were reversed - one set in the box and the other set locked inside the apartment of the missing set! The noise from renters upstairs was HORRIFIC! I had to provide passports for all the adults traveling in our party prior to arrival I assumed the same level of scrutiny would be for all renters. Not so - apparently the hooligans that rented the second level needed no references! The music, noise and disruption went well passed 3:30 am! They were calling us SONS OF WHORES when we pulled out. The friends we rented the second apartment for needed to take a broom to the ceiling to NO AVAIL! It was HORRIBLE!!

We had two apartments, both of which were clean and very comfortable with good facilities and a kitchen in each. The host was really helpful organising the check-in (even though we were late).

Safe motorcycle parking and 10 minute walk from Guernika centre.. the staff were helpful and attentive the apartment is spotlessly clean and well laid out

Too far to walk to a supermarket

The unit was very nice and clean. Appreciated the washing machine. Nice, thick towels

Location was not close to places that served dinner. It would be OK if you had a car but a long walk after an already long day on El Camino. Apartment did have kitchenette.

Very nice, modern apartment with private parking area just in the front of the property.

Unfortunately the gate into the property is located very close to the corner, just off the main 2-lane road, making it somewhat problematic to pull into the property while waiting for the slow gate to open...blocking the flow of traffic with the rear of your car while the gate is openingl

Parking was easy and roomy. Spacious apartments.

Hot, no air conditioning and only 1 window with a screen. Many flies.
