Washroom not clean, towels were so smelly and Netflix didn’t work

Poor hygiene. Low quality. Inadequate essential supply.

They let us check in at 3pm. An hour early

The floors were dirty. Doesn’t look like sea view. Only can see 10% of sea. Could have given higher floor. Left two clothes and checked out but when called the office within 2 hours and enquired they are saying nothing left . Impossible!

Location

The bathroom sink was clogged n when the technician came to rectify he said he has informed the management about the problem but no one attended to it n that night we couldn’t use the sink at all. The whole bathroom was wet as the sink was leaking . The lift was also bad. We have to wait at least 20minutes to go down or if we choose to get into the lift we need to go up n then come down after that.
