"Besides cleanliness, overall stay was ok."

Location was ideal for us. Food outlets and supermarkets close by.

Cleanliness was not good. Aircon not serviced regularly. Dusty. Floors not cleaned to a reasonable standard. Not mopped. Just sprayed for freshness and dry mopped. Sink was blocked. Shower was slippery.

Insufficient kitchen utensils. The wasn’t a basic things to utilise. No toiletries provide like towel, tooth brush and tooth paste. Television was not able to connect to wife . Three days two night without television, whereby television is essential during a holiday. Not gonna deny that the host were actually helping me out, and I truly appreciate that he sent the housekeeping/ maintenance to check it out, but sadly, unsuccessful. Overall I will rate my stay if satisfactory but my expectation was to have a home like holiday. Thank you .
